What we collect

Email addresses you give us — when you claim a Top 100 creator slot, submit a job posting, or sign up for job alerts. We use them only for the purpose you gave them: sending your private edit link, posting status updates, or job alert emails. They are never displayed publicly and never sold.

Content you submit — creator profile details (name or handle, headline, portfolio link, tools) and job posting details. These are displayed publicly; that is their purpose.

Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use them to profile visitors.

What we do not collect

We currently run no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no third-party marketing cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie consent banner here. If this ever changes, this policy and the site behaviour will change with it.

Job listings

Aggregated listings are collected from public company career pages and always link back to the original posting. Applying happens on the employer's site — we never receive your application, résumé, or any applicant data.

Your choices

Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link. To remove a creator profile, a job posting, or your email from our records entirely, use your private edit link or write to us — we delete on request.
